Orders:
The data provided by the customer is recorded on the Don Sato website and constitutes proof of the commercial transaction. After the customer's order is validated, Don Sato will send an email to notify the purchase.
Delivery Times:
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, and processing takes 2 to 4 business days once the order is placed. Once processing is complete, delivery times are between 6 to 14 days. Unless products are purchased out of stock, in which case the delivery time would be extended, the customer will be notified in any case.
